Today Is National Chocolate Fondue Day!

You know what makes chocolate fondue better - coffee of course!! Try this Coffee Chocolate Fondue (with Nonni's Biscotti Bites): Ingredients ½ cup heavy cream 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon butter ½ tablespoon instant coffee 2 tablespoons hot water 7 ounces milk chocolate chips Instructions Heat a small saucepan over medium heat with the heavy cream, vanilla and butter, stirring frequently. Combine hot water and instant coffee. After 5-7 minutes, just as the mixture begins to simmer, turn the heat to low and add the coffee and chocolate chips, whisking until smooth.
