"Mint-Choco-Java Cocktail" tastes like it sounds (sweet with sneak-up alcohol) and is a breeze to make.
Ingredients:
1 ounce chocolate-mint cocktail mix (I prefer Stirrings Chocolate Peppermintini, which is available in many specialty food and alcohol shops.)
1 ounce vodka
1/2 ounce Kahlua or other coffee liqueur
1/2 ounce strong drip brewed coffee
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, strain and serve in a martini glass.
