Super easy and so delicious on a hot summer day! To change the flavor, just use different extracts and syrups.
1 tsp instant espresso (available here:http://bit.ly/11dn8rI)
4 tbs heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla
4 ice cubes
3/4 cup water
2 tsp sugar
Combine everything in a blender, and blend until smooth and frothy. Drizzle chocolate syrup along the sides of a tall glass, gently pour in coffee mixture.
