I don’t know about you, but I love to indulge in dessert. I need that “sweet” after eating dinner. It doesn’t have to be a big slice of chocolate cake (although that sounds delicious), just a little nibble of something.
These pudding cups are perfect. I hope you enjoy them too!
1 pkg (1oz) Vanilla pudding mix
3/4 cup milk
1 cup International Delight Vanilla Iced Coffee
16oz Cool Whip, thawed
2 oz milk chocolate, chopped
In a large mixing bowl whisk the pudding mix with milk for 2 minutes. Whisk in the Iced Coffee. Fold in Cool Whip until completely blended. Pour pudding into a large bowl, or individual serving dishes. Top with chopped chocolate bar and allow to set about 30 minutes. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. ENJOY.
