TODAY IS NATIONAl CHOCOLATE MINT DAY! The perfect excuse to try this Mint Chocolate Koffee!!
2/3 cup hot coffee
1 oz Irish Mist liqueur
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 cup Bailey's chocolate mint liqueur
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Dark chocolate for shaving
Fresh mint leaves
In a medium sized bowl using a hand mixer whip cream until peaks form. Add Baileys and mix well.
Using a vegetable peeler, shave chocolate into small pieces.
Pour hot coffee into a 8 oz coffee cup. Add liqueur and brown sugar and stir well.
Dollop whipped cream on top of hot coffee, sprinkle with shaved chocolate and garnish with mint leaves.
