Cold Brew Vs. Iced Coffee!
Summer is just around the corner! Days of sunshine and lawn-tanning will be upon us real soon. Then, before you know it, extreme heat will soak our shirts with sweat and fill our hearts with a deep yearning. Neither a yearning for ice cream nor iced coffee, but a yearning for cold brew.
If you’ve been to Starbucks lately, you may have seen their ad for this new drink (new to Starbucks, but not new to the world). Other coffee shops in NYC, like Stumptown Coffee Roasters and Blue Bottle Coffee, have already been serving cold brew long before Starbucks has. Although it may sound just like refrigerated coffee, cold brew is actually much more sophisticated than its mediocre, acidic, and distant cousin, iced coffee.
