It's National Chocolate Covered Cherry Day! My hubby loves Chocolate Covered Cherries. I bought a box yesterday and when I got up this morning there was a single one left in the box. I just know that in his self sacrificing way he was just protecting me from the evil sugar (Yeah, right! lol). Anyway, I had coffee brewing and when it was done I just popped that morsel into my coffee cup without really thinking about it. Well, YUM!
